Essay Contest
ANNUAL HISTORY ESSAY CONTEST
Accepting submissions starting January 16, 2024.
We invite all Catholic students in grades 4–12 enrolled in private, parochial, or homeschool to participate. Students may submit multiple entries in their grade level, and winners will earn prizes for themselves and their schools. We must receive all essays by April 5, 2024, and we will announce all winners on May 17, 2024.
HOW TO ENTER
We will only consider those essays we receive electronically. You may submit them as PDFs through the online submission form below. Please follow all instructions on the form. Upload each essay as its own PDF and make sure it includes the student’s name. All entries are due by midnight on April 5, 2024.
We do not require a specific writing style. We leave it to the teacher’s discretion to use the contest as a teaching tool and require the style they would use in their classroom. Please contact Mrs. Gonzalez with any questions about the contest.
